Finding Specific Trades
The filter bar in your journal is a powerful tool for narrowing down your trade history to find specific entries or analyze patterns. To access it, click the Filters button in the main action bar.

Available Filters
You can filter your journal entries by any combination of the following criteria:
- Outcome: Show only Wins, Losses, Breakeven, or still Running trades. You can also isolate your Capital Adjustments.
- Trade Type: Isolate only your Buy (long) or Sell (short) trades.
- Symbol: Focus on the performance of a single instrument (e.g., XAUUSD).
- Strategy: Analyze all trades taken with a specific strategy.
- Tag: Find all trades that you have marked with a specific tag (e.g., #FOMO).
- Date Range: Use the date pickers to view trades within a specific period.
Applying and Resetting Filters
After making your selections, click the "Apply Filters" button to update the journal view. To clear all filters and see all your entries again, simply click the "Reset Filters" button.
💡 You can combine multiple filters for powerful queries. For example, you can find all "Losing" "Buy" trades on "EURUSD" that you took during the "London" session to pinpoint specific areas for improvement.
