Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Trade Licks website and services (the "Service") operated by Trade Licks ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). When you sign up for a paid plan (e.g., Pro or Premium), your subscription will begin with a 7-day free trial period ("Free Trial"). You will not be required to provide payment information to start the Free Trial.
At the end of the Free Trial period, your access to paid features will be suspended. To continue using the paid features of the Service, you must provide a valid payment method and purchase a Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Trade Licks cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
We offer a 7-day Free Trial for all paid plans to allow users to fully evaluate our Service before making a payment. As such, all purchases for Subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made after the Free Trial, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including for partial subscription periods. Please refer to our Refund and Dispute Policy for more details.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the reputation of Trade Licks, or the general business of Trade Licks.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The use of the Service is at your own risk.
No Financial Advice: The information provided by the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, financial advice. We are not financial advisors.
Risk of Trading: Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for any and all trading decisions you make.
In no event shall Trade Licks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Upon cancellation or expiration of a paid Subscription, your account will revert to a restricted state. Core journal data, which includes trade details, notes, and strategies, will be retained as part of your account.
However, access to file storage is a feature of our paid plans. Any files you have uploaded, such as chart images, will be kept on our storage servers for a grace period of 90 days from the date your subscription ends. During this period, you may re-subscribe to a paid plan to maintain access and prevent deletion. After the 90-day grace period, we reserve the right to permanently delete your uploaded files from our servers to manage storage costs. We will send email reminders before any file deletion occurs.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
