1. General Subscription Policy
Trade Licks offers digital, subscription-based access to our trading journal and analytics platform.
2. No Refund Policy
Trade Licks provides a comprehensive 7-day free trial period for all our paid subscription plans. This trial allows full access to the features of the selected plan, giving you ample opportunity to evaluate the platform's functionality and determine if it meets your needs before making a payment.
Because we offer this full-featured trial for evaluation purposes, all purchases for our subscription plans are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is made for a subscription after the free trial period, you will not be eligible for a refund for any portion of the fee, regardless of your usage of the service. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial to ensure our service is right for you before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription from your account settings or profile page on our website.
- Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
- Data After Cancellation: After your subscription period ends, your account will enter a restricted state. We securely hold all your core journal data—including trade entries, notes, strategies, growth plans, tags, and checklists—which will be immediately available again if you choose to re-subscribe in the future. - No Prorated Refunds: Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current or previous billing periods. It only stops future payments.
4. Dispute Policy and Chargebacks
We encourage our customers to contact us first to resolve any issues with our service or billing.
- Pre-Dispute Resolution: Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, please contact our support team. We are committed to resolving your issues fairly and promptly.
- Chargebacks: A chargeback is the reversal of a payment initiated by your bank. Filing a chargeback for a valid charge is a violation of our terms.
- Consequences of Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, your Trade Licks account and access to our services will be immediately and permanently terminated. We will also provide evidence to the financial institution to contest the dispute, including your access logs, our terms of service, and this policy.
