Your Questions, Answered
When you start your 7-day free trial, you get immediate, full access to all the features of the plan you selected (Pro or Premium). No credit card is required to start. We'll remind you before your trial ends. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be restricted, but your data will be saved for when you're ready to come back.
Absolutely. All payments are handled by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We never see or store your credit card information on our servers.
Yes. You have full control over your subscription from your account dashboard. You can upgrade your plan (e.g., from Pro to Premium) at any time. Stripe will automatically handle the proration, so you only pay the difference for the current billing period. You can also cancel at any time. If you cancel, your access to paid features continues until your billing period ends. Afterwards, we securely hold all of your core journal data, which will be immediately available if you choose to re-subscribe. Please note: uploaded images are retained for 90 days after cancellation as detailed in our Terms of Service.
We do not offer refunds. Because we provide a 7-day free trial that allows you to fully evaluate our Pro and Premium plans before committing, all payments are final once made. We encourage you to use the trial period to ensure the service is the right fit for you.
