Turning Practice into Data
Once you have completed a session in the Simulator, you don't have to lose that data. Trade Licks allows you to push your entire simulated session directly into your main journal so you can run Advanced Analytics on your backtesting!
How to Export Your Session
- Click the End button in the Simulator terminal.
- You will be taken to the Analysis Screen. Review your trades, and then click the Push to Journal button.
- You will be prompted to either add these trades to an Existing Account or create a completely New Account.
Capturing the Context
Before pushing, the system will automatically take a high-resolution screenshot of your chart—including all your drawings and custom indicators—and attach it to your journal entries so you can remember exactly what the setup looked like.
